I just saw this great article by Zerlina Maxwell on how self care is not selfish, thanks to Suzanne Braun Levine’s recent Facebook post. Thank you, Suzanne, for mentioning that Women At Woodstock is based on the premise of exactly that: take care of yourself – and your dreams and aspirations – and never for a moment think that you don’t deserve it!
