I’m delighted to announce that Diane Baranello, CEO of Coaching for Distinction, is returning this year as a speaker/facilitator at our Friday night Evening Salon at Women at Woodstock 2017: “How to Pivot in Mid-Life: Living With No Regrets.” Diane is a Personal Branding Career Coach and Accountability Partner for mid-career women, a thought leader, and a writer. She has extensive experience training and coaching professionals in both the communications and financial services industries. This is the fourth time she’s been a salon facilitator at a WAW retreat.
Diane will lead a discussion on the challenges and rewards of pivoting in mid-life by embracing the possibilities of what’s to come. Often it’s fear that prevents us from embracing what comes next. She will ask you to reimagine your life, trade problems for possibilities, consider the risk of no risk, and to make choices that will take you from observer to pivotal player in your life. Come prepared to share, to engage and dig deeper to overcome personal challenges and unleash a world of possibilities.
Think back about a pivotal life decision in your past that made a great and good change in your life. Now here you are, on the cusp of a new era in your life. If you had no fear, what pivotal decision would you make today for your life going forward? Diane is bringing some thought-provoking questions to the table that we each can ask ourselves; then she will guide us through creating our own personal pivotal plan for our lives. It could be something earth-shaking; it could be something very minor that you’ve wanted to do but somehow have been unable to. Whatever it is, bring it on, indulge in a little wine and cheese, and meet your pivotal decision head on!
