Deborah Blankenberg has been studying Israeli dance for almost two years, and she’s so good that when her teacher is unable to be in class, she teaches in her stead. Deborah also studied other forms of dance — ballet, jazz, tap, various folk dance styles — for many years when she was younger. And, of course, she’s spent her whole life dancing the hora at weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs!
We’re really looking forward to Deborah’s flash workshop at this year’s Women At Woodstock, when we’ll gather for the last workshop of the day, put on the music, and dance as the sun is going down! It’ll be good exercise, and most definitely good for a laugh!
