Welcome to Creative Meditations. My name is Andrea and I will be a new participant at the October Women at Woodstock Retreat. While attending I will teach a mindful meditation session during the Creative Circles morning that helps relieve stress and anxiety while creating wonderful works of art.
The beauty in this meditation technique using the zentangle approach, is that you don’t need to know how to draw at all. Instead, I guide you through an extended session where you gently begin to feel a natural transition into mindfulness. You will also discover a sense of calm, focus and creativity, unlike anything you may have ever experienced before.
After many years as a crisis counselor and therapist working with those who have suffered intense fear and anxiety, I have finally discovered a technique that really helps. It has become my daily meditation. Let me teach you how to make it yours.
