Ayurveda is the ancient healing science of India and sister science to yoga. Based on a five elemental theory, Ayurveda works on creating balance through diet and lifestyle. It considers each person a unique combination of the five elements and gives lifestyle tools accordingly.

Your initial session includes an in-depth Doshic evaluation: What is your natural state of being and how are you balanced/imbalanced currently. We will explore your concerns. Together we will set goals. Ayurveda emphasizes self-care techniques that can bring you back into balance. Ami will offer you doshic-specific self-care, nutrition, diet and lifestyle recommendations. Some herbs may be suggested as well. You will receive a detailed write-up of our session. No knowledge of Ayurveda is necessary.
